A Local Law providing for the repair or removal of unsafe buildings in the Town had recently been adopted by the Town Board, however, Mr. Gunderud pointed out if he proceeded under the normal procedure of this law, it would take three to four months to complete the demolition. MRS. MILLS moved that the Building Inspector be authorized to proceed with the demolition of an unsafe building located in Hughsonville (Phillips House) pursuant to Local Law No. 8 of 1982, Section 5, adopted by the Town Board on October 13, 1982.
