defendant/debtor and hereby confesses judgment herein and authorizes entry thereof
against defendant in the sum of $2,000.00 and defendant/debtor resides at 42 Town
View Drive, Wappingers Falls, New York, County of Dutchess, State of New York.
This confession of judgment is for a debt justly due to the plaintiff, through the
Town of Wappinger, arising from the following facts: defendant entered a plea of guilty
in the Town of Wappinger Justice Court to various violations of the Town of Wappinger
Code on August 12, 2003, and was sentenced, in part, to fines in the amount of
$1,750.00, and had an outstanding fine of $250.00 from a guilty plea entered on
December 10, 2002. The fines are as yet unpaid, and I consent to any lien or
