MEMO TO: SUPERVISOR RUGGIERO
FROM: RALPHJ. HOLT, CHAIRMAN
RE: MAlNTENANCEPERSONNEL
For some time now we have not been successful in the hiring of full time people
for our maintenance statT. We find people qualified to perform the job but have been unable to
meet their salary requirements. The people we are looking at have the ability to drive most heavy
equipment and to perform functions far beyond the capabilities of just a laborer. We request that
the two (2) attached resumes be looked at in the hope that the Town's pay policy will be adjusted
so that we might offer these two a job with recreation maintenance.
