TOWN OF WAPPINGER RECREATION COMMITTEE P.O. BOX 324 20 MIDDLEBUSH ROAD WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. 12590-0324 CONSTANCE O. SMITH Supervisor Telephone: (914) 297-0720 May 10,1999 MEMO TO: TOWN BOARD MEMBERS FROM: RALPH J. HOLT, CHAIRMAN RE: HIRING OF NEW SUMMER DIRECTOR As you are aware our Summer Playground Director (Mrs. Irvin) is not going to return. This is unfortunate, she was an excellent employee and we all felt comfortable with her ability. We have looked at some of the candidates we have on file and feel Ms. Kimberly Allen is an excellent candidate for the assignment. Enclosed is a copy of her resume. We feel confident she would do a fine job. We, therefore, request your approval to extend an offer to her. Sign ups for our summer program begins the 11 th of May and will be completed on the 20th. Getting this person on board as quickly as possible would be a big help to us. Thank you for your help. QC~/~L RJ.H.
