1982-11-15 SPMA Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was held on November 15, 1982 at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County. Supervisor Diehl opened theEmeeting at 7:25 P.M. Present: Louis Diehl, Supervisor Gerard McCluskey, Councilman Bernice Mills, Councilwoman Elaine H. Snowden, Town Clerk Absent: Nicholas Johnson, Councilman Frank Versace, Councilman This meeting was set at the Special Meeting of October 29, 1982 for the purpose of adopting the Benefit Assessment Roll- ,, for the Water and Sewer Improvement Areas and Districts. Public Hearings having been duly held on November 15, 1982 on the Benefit AssessmentRollSSfor the Fleetwood Water District, Oakwood Knolls Water District, Central Wappinger Improvement Area, Ardmore Water Improvement Area, Tall Trees Water Improvement Area, Mid -Point Sewer District, Wappinger Sewer Improvement Area #l,- Fleetwood Sewer. Distritl• Wildwoo}d Sewer District and Watch Hill Sewer District, the matter was now placed before the Board for their consideration.
