Re: Contigious non conforming lots

"Any abutting non conforming lots which are owned by the same
owner or owners, notwithstanding any subsequent conveyance (s)
shall be considered as one (1) merged lot for the purposes of
the Zoning Ordinances of the Town of Putnam Valley, unless the
merger results in two (2) livable structures on one (1) parcel."
This should be done as this could very well reduce some of the
nonconformity in our town.
