Box 468 Lagrangeville, New York 12540 RE: Proposed Contractor's Yard with Proposed Accessory Use Lot #2 Airport Drive AI zone Tax Grid # 6259-04-870494 Dear Mr. Rabasco: A contractor's yard is a permitted principal use in the Airport Industrial (AI) zone. However, the separating operation, which you propose as a minor accessory use for the same site, is a use not specifically mentioned in Section 240-37 ( or the Schedule of Use Regulations - Non-Residential Districts) of the Code of the Town of Wappinger. Nor is such a use one immediately, or customarily, associates with a contractor's yard. Therefore it is my determination that the proposed assessorv use, as described in your letter addressed to this office, dated March 12, 2003, is not permitted.
