VALDATI Mr. Norman Payerle 4 Martin Drive Wappingers Falls, New York 12590 RE: Visibilitv at Intersection of Sabra and Dorett Lanes Dear Mr. Payerle; Please be advised that Highway Superintendent Graham Foster, Deputy Zoning Administrator Susan Dao and I have investigated your complaint regarding the above referenced location. We find that the tree on the northeastern corner of the property (2 Dorett Drive) does not impede visibility for vehicles approaching this intersection from any direction. The Town of Wappinger has not been granted a Sight Easement through the property at 2 Dorett Drive. The Town Attorney advises that since there is no impediment to sight distance, ~ 240-24 of the Code of the Town of Wappinger could not be enforced in this instance. You have the right to appeal this determination to the Zoning Board of Appeals within 60 days of the date of this letter. The required forms can be obtained at this office.
