However, the separating operation, which you propose as a minor accessory use for the same site, is a use not specifically mentioned in Section 240-37 ( or the Schedule of Use Regulations - Non-Residential Districts) of the Code of the Town of Wappinger. Nor is such a use one immediately, or customarily, associates with a contractor's yard. Therefore it is my determination that the proposed assessorv use, as described in your letter addressed to this office, dated March 12, 2003, is not permitted. You have the right to appeal this decision as per Section 240-107(2) of the above referenced Code. - . .
