VALDATI Mr. John Hollister, Manager Inter City Tire 1243 Route 9 Wappingers Falls, New York 12590 RE: Inter City Tire (Dreviously Tire and Auto Center) 1243 Route 9 Owner: Morris Erbesh Zone: HB (previously HB-1) Tax Grid # 6157-04-579313 Dear Mr. John Hollister, I have researched the above referenced matter and the issue of the large industrial type tires being storedl displayed in front of the building on said property. Condition #2 of your Special Use Permit reads: " Discarded tires.. ...shall be stored indoors until properly disposed of. n It is the determination of this office that no tires are to be displaved outside on said property but are to be moved indoors immediatelv upon arrival at the site. Non-compliance would constitute a violation. If there are plans for expansion an application for amended Site Plan must be forthcoming. However, no such application can be accepted if there is a violation on the property. The owners have the right to appeal this determination to the Zoning Board of Appeals within 60 days of the date of this letter.
