Wappingers Falls, New York which is presently owned by Richard H.
Giewal and MicheUe Robinson.
3. 179 Widmer Road is improved by a two-tamily residence; the two-family
residence was constructed in approximately 1956 and was originally
constructed as a two-family residence.
4. To the best of my knowledge and observation, the property has been used
a two-family residence continuously since it was constructed.
5. 1 am further aware that some time during tb~ late 19905 the property WitS
renovated and significant repairs were made to the two-family structure.
