Dear Supervisor Cosley & Board Members,
I had intended to drop off the attached petition on Tuesday in time to submit it to be put on the
calendar for the January 24th Board Meeting. Due to inclement weather for the past two days
this was not possible.
I spoke with Anis about 1 :20PM today if I could fax it to the office and was told I could however, it
needed to be part of the 1 :OOPM mail. I was unable to reach the person who had the original
document with all the signatures.
We have missed three Yoga sessions due to 2 Holidays and a snow day when it came to our
attention, last Thursday that the program was to be cancelled. Sue Borchardt, our instructor, was
not personally notified. How did this happen?
It is important to our group to be able to continue the sessions without interruption. This Friday
will be the tenth Yoga class; therefore it is imperative that it can be discussed at next weeks
meeting.
We hope you are willing to accept our request as having been received today.

Sub: Yoga Classes
Dear Supervisor Cosley and Town Board Members;
We the undersigned respectfully request that the weekly Yoga Classes be continued.
These classes have been available to seniors for the past six (6) years. possibly longer. We
meet each Friday at 10:00AM. The classes are scheduled as 10 week sessions for a total of
$20.00 and run continuously year round. These sessions are very beneficial to us in keeping
physically fit, help with flexibility and balance. We are not opposed to a slight increase in cost to
assure continuance of this program. We each have our own Yoga mats and are committed
participants.
