I inspected Greystone on this date and informed them that the second floor doors must
have the chains removed by Monday, a copy of the report is attached.
In regards to the elevator, the make is a Westinghouse ,and the posted weight is 1200.
It is not clear if the weight is 1,200 or 12,000.
The person capacity is 8.
I spoke to Randy Rutan of Executive Square, she manages three buildings with elevators
and recommended that we contact the following company for the elevator inspection and
maintenance agreement.
