RE:
ERRONEOUS TAXES, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
ASSESSED TO: GINOCCHIO, JOHN
GRID NUMBER: 135689-6158-02-700710-0370
Legislators NASH and KUFFNER offer the following and move its adoption:
WHEREAS, the Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Wappinger has returned unpaid to this office
County, Town and Special District Taxes based on the 2006 tax roll against grid number 135689-6158-02-
700710-0370, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Real Property Tax Service Agency that the assessment is
erroneous due to a duplicate assessment, as the parcel is part of grid number 135689-6158-02-700710-0037
assessed to Wapp. Falls Mobile Home Pk., Inc., and
WHEREAS, due to the erroneous assessment, the lien of said taxes is rendered unenforceable, now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance be and she is hereby authorized, empowered, and
directed to cancel and charge back the erroneous taxes as follows:
A342 Allow. For Uncollect. Taxes $94.99
A430.5689 Town of Wappinger 29.13
A430.5689 Grinell Library 2.22
A440.5689 (999AM) Ambulance Town Wide 3.11

and be it further,
RESOLVED, that the County Clerk is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to make the
necessary changes in his office to correct the filing of said lien. APPROVED
