Dear Supervisor Colsey:
I recently completed a six month work assignment as Secretary to the Planning Board and Zoning Board
of Appeals for the Town of Lloyd. From that experience, I learned a great deal about what is involved in
the Planning Board and ZBA decisions and how the process works.
When I joined the Building Department team in Lloyd, I was successful in bringing the minutes up to
date, organizing their record keeping, and communicating effectively with the public.
Prior to this position, as a legal secretary, a portion of my duties were related to real property
acquisitions and preparing resolutions to be brought before the legislature. That legal experience proved
to be very helpful in the Planning/ZBA position. I would bring that to this job as well.
