( ) K You and your Organization hereby agree to adhere to the rules set forth on the attached page by signature of an authorized member of your Organization or group. The Town of Wappinger reserves the right to suspend temporarily this agreement should the Town have need of the facility for its own purposes. Advance notice will be given as soon as possible on such occasions. The Town Clerk should be informed promptly of any schedule change or cancellation of your group activities. Arrangements for access to specific area to be used should be made with the Town Clerk at the time this form is submitted. No application shall be considered approved until it has been submitted to the Town Clerk for review and Clearance. 2010-01-19 JCM Terms of the agreement must be strictly adhered to by the contracting group as any disregard or abuse of the rules for use of the facilities will result in termination of use by the offending group, and they will not be granted reinstatement. I have read and understand the rules and regulations for the use of the Facilities in the Town of Wappinger Town Hall, and will comply with these requireme ts. (845) 486-2925 Fax (845) 486-2940 May 10,2010 Supervisor Office MAY 1 2 2010 Received Supervisor Christopher Colsey Town Hall 20 Middlebush Road Wappinger Falls, NY 12590 RE: PIN 8755.86 -RECONSTRUCTION OF MIDDLEBUSH ROAD (CR 93) FROM PLEASANT LANE TO CAMELI DRIVE TOWN OF WAPPINGER, DUTCHESS COUNTY Dear Supervisor Colsey: Dutchess County Department of Public Work (DCDPW), in cooperation with the New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration, is planning to hold a Public Information Meeting (PIM) for the above-referenced project. Since Town Hall is in close proximity to the proposed work, we would like to conduct the PIM at Town Hall with your permission. Enclosed please find an application/agreement for use of Town Hall Facilities for either Wednesday, June 16, or Thursday, June 17,2010. As part of submitting this application/agreement, DCDPW is requesting that the one hundred dollar fee be waived. Project Information Meetings are best conducted in evening hours as it often allows greater participation by local residents. Typically a PIM is conducted between 7:00 and 9:00 pm, with registration from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The PIM will present a brief technical presentation by the County's representatives of proposed highway improvements with a request for public input and a follow-up question and answer session. Attached are preliminary design plans of the proposed work that essentially involves "softening" existing vertical and horizontal curvature to improve highway safety as well as some drainage improvements.
