PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals will
conduct a public hearing on the 28th day of Mav. 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall of
Wappinger, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappinger Falls, NY pursuant to Section 240-37 of
the Zoning Law of the Town of Wappinger to consider the following area variance:
Appeal No. 07-7370- At the request of Marilvnn Turner-Shultz who is seeking an area
variance of Section 240-37 of District Zoning Regulations for R-20 Zoning
- Where a side yard setback of 20 feet is required, the applicant is proposing a side
yard setback of 3 feet for a 24' X 26' 2-car detached earaee with electric. thus
reQuestine a variance of 17 feet.
The property is located at 92 All Aneels Hill Road and is identified as Tax Grid No.
6258-01-496666 in the Town of Wappinger.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the Zoning Board of Appeals has not made a
determination of significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act
and hereby reserves its right to make such determination after the conclusion of the
public hearing.
All interested persons will be heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of
Wappinger at the public hearing as stated above.

pursuant to Article IV, Section 240-16 and Section 240-370fthe Zoning Law of the Town of Wappinger to
consider the following Use Variance.
Appeal No. 07-7356 At the request of Peter & Donna Colucci who are seeking a Use Variance to use the
existing property and the structures thereon as multi-family dwelling units in a single family R-40 zoning
district. Where the property consists of 2 (two) two-family dwelling units and 1 (one) one family, the applicant
