O'clock for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget of , said Town for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2001. Snowden Town Clerk Town of Wappinger .~ '-- ,- - '" PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF WAPPINGER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger at a regular meeting held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York on February 28,2000 duly adopted a Resolution, subject to a Permissive Referendum, an abstract of which is as follows: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEASE OF TOWN PROPERTY TO DUTCHESS COUNTY CELLULAR TELEPHONE CORP., d/b/a CELLULARONE SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM The full text of the Resolution is annexed hereto. The Town Board, atter extensive negotiations, directed and authorized the Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger to execute a lease for a portion of Town property located at 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, to Dutchess County Cellular Telephone Corp., d/b/a CellularOne for the purpose of operating a communications facility subject to all necessary approvals, and compliance with 9240-81 of the Town Zoning Code entitled "Telecommunications, Towers, Antennas and Personal Wireless Service Facilities" and subject to a Permissive Referendum.
