PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Wappinger Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on the 2nd
day of October, 2006, at 7:30 p.m., at the Town Hall, Town of Wappinger, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappinger
Falls, NY pursuant to Section 276 of the TOWl1 Law, on the application of Kirk Subdivision, Ine Subdivision,
seeking a 3 lot subdivision on 4.4 acres in an R-40 Zooin2 District. The property is located at 97-99 Pve
Lane and is identified as Tax Grid No. 6358-03-240218 in the TO\.\11 of Wappinger.
Please be further advised that the Planning Board has not made determination of significance pursuant to the
State Environmental Quality Review Act and hereby reserves its right to make such determination after the
conclusion of the public hearing.
All interested persons will be heard by the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger at the public hearing as
mentioned above.

Notice of Public Hearing
As an adjacent or across-the-street property owner, you are hereby being notified of a Public
Hearing to be held by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on Monday evening, February 6th,
beginning at approximately 7:30 pm at the Wappinger Town Hall, located on Middlebush Road.
The applicant listed below has applied for preliminary Planning Board approval for a proposed
twenty lot subdivision, to be known as Wappinger Farm Estates, and which property is located
on both sides of Robinson Lane, adjacent southerly to the existing Town recreation park, and
which property will contain twenty new residential homes, served by two new cul-de-sac
roadways, with driveways, yards, SSDS' s, wells and other necessary amenities.
The development of this property will involve a zoning change on the easterly portion of the
property, and will also result in over ten acres of usable lands being dedicated to the Town of
Wappinger for recreation purposes. These dedicated lands will be contiguous with the existing
Town recreation lands.
