1975-12-08 SPMWAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the Town
Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
do hereby waive notice of the time and place of the holding
of a Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree
and consent that the same be held on the 8th day of December,
1975, 10:25 o'clock in the afternoon of that day at the Town
Hall of the Town ofWappinger, Mill Street, in the Village
of Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, for the transaction of all business which may properly
come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Due and timely notice of the above mentioned meeting
hereby admitted.

Supervisor Diehl called the meeting to order, indicating that
the meeting was reconvened for the purpose of action with
regard to the Cranberry Hills Development water and sewer
services.
Councilman Saland was absent, but had been contacted by phone re-
garding the nature of the proposed action anticipated by the Board.
The following Resolution was offered by Supervisor Diehl, who
moved its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Engineer to the Town, Rudolph E.
Lapar, be authorized and directed to prepare a Map, Plan and
Report for the formation of Cranberry Hills Water Improvement
Area.

Clausen qualified his abstention by indicating that he
abutting property owner and was involved in an equal
exchange of land with the Developer. )
The following Resolution was offered by Councilman Versace,
who moved its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board permit the connection of
Cranberry Hills Development to the Oakwood Knolls Sewer Plant, and
Be It Further
RESOLVED, that any connection permits be allocated by the
Town Board upon application of Cranberry Hills upon such conditions
as the Town Board may then propose.
