deposit shall be totally refunded

posit. Refunds shall be made
only if plans are returned in good
condition (intact a'ld un-
marked), within sixty (60) days
following the bid opening date.
Parties who do not submit a
Bid deposit are entitled to reim-
bursement "less the actual cost
of reproduction" if they return
the documents in good condi-
tion wtlhin sixty (60) days .fol-
lowing the bid opening date or
rejection of all bids.
Each bid shall be accompanied

The work required by this Con-
tract shall consist of turnishing
all labor, equipment,. materials,
supervision, and performing all
work necessary to complete the
project as herein described. The
major components of said work
are approximately twenty-four
(24) individual water service
lines including tap, corporation
and fittings, copper pipe, direc-
tional drilling, curb valves, and
all restoration.
The Town of Wappinger is ex-
empt under the Tax Law of New
York Stale, Article 28 - Part III,
and is exempt from payment of
Sales and Compensating Use
Taxes of the State of New ,York
on all materials which are in-
corporated into work pursuant
to the provisions of the Con-
tract These taxes are not to
