1974-09-05 PHA Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on Thursday, September 5th, 1974, at Wappinger Junior
High School Cafeteria, Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York
on a Moratorium regarding approval by the Planning Board of Sub-
division Plats and Site Plans.
Supervisor Diehl opened the Hearing at 7:04 P.M.

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting
and Publication duly signed and notarized by Albert Osten of the
W&Sd News. (These Affidavits are attached hereto and made a part
thereof of the minutes of this Hearing).
Supervisor Diehl asked that the speakers limit their statements to
five minutes.

A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on Thursday, September 5, 1974, at Wappinger Junior
High School Cafeteria, Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New
York on a Proposed Local Law Amending Local Law *1 of 1967,
(Senior Citizens Tax Exemption).
Supervisor Diehl opened the Public Hearing at 6:50 P.M.

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting
