Resolution Authorizing the Town Clerk to Reimburse Applicant for Unused Fee of Town Hall
Utilization
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 28, 2011.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilwoman Czarniecki.
WHEREAS, the Inglesia Cristiana El Sembrador Church applied for utilization of the Town Hall
on Saturday, March 26, 2001, through the Office of the Town Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant deposited One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the use of the building
in accordance with past practices and the application packet instructions; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has withdrawn its application due to the need for a larger facility; and
WHEREAS; the Town incurred no expense as a result of this action; and
WHEREAS; the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk and Town Accountant to
reimburse the Inglesia Cristiana El Sembrador Church for its deposit in the amount of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk and Town Accountant to reimburse
the Inglesia Cristiana El Sembrador Church for their deposit in the amount of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
