MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the Town Board
of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, do hereby
waive notice of the time and place of the holding of a Special
Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree and consent that
the same be held on the 12th day of January, 1973, 4:30 o'clock
in the afternoon of that day at the Town Hall of the Town of
Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of Wappingers Falls, Town
of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for the transaction of
all business which may properly come before the meeting 'or any
adjournment thereof.

A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town oftWappinger was
held January 12, 1973 at 4:30 P.M. in the Town Hall, 14111,Street,
Wappingers Falls, New York.

All Board members being present, and having signed the above waiver
of Notice of Special Meeting, each for himself, Supervisor Diehl
called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.
Mr. Rappleyea explained to the Board that there had been several
parcels inadvertantly omitted in the original introduction of the
Ordinance Amending the Zoning of Route 9.
MR. SALAND moved to rescind the Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map
of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, that had been
introduced by him at the Regular Monthly Meeting of January 8, 1973.

Be it ord.i;ned by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
The Zoning Ordinance and Map of the Town of Wappinger adopted
January 29, 1963, and as amended from time to time is hereby further
amended as follows:
Section 1: The following described lands located on Route 9
in the Town of Wappinger and as described on the tax maps of the
Town of Wappinger and Zoning Map of the Town of Wappinger are
hereby changed so that after the date of the adoption of this
ordinance each of said parcels shall be zoned R-20 "one family
residential" as more particularly described in Section 300 of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger.

MR. SALAND moved that a Public Hearing be hald on the proposed
Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, for the rezoning of parcels of land on Route 9,
on February 13, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. at the Wappinger Junior High
School, Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York, at which time
all interested persons will be heard.
