Dear Miss Abbott:
At the May 2nd.. 1983 Planning Board meeting, a motion was
made by Mr~ MillsI' to waive the final public hearing and grant
preliminary and final subdivision approval. The motion ~as
seconded by Mr. Parsons~ The resolutions of approval are
as follows:

TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Edna & Kathryn A,bbott
for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision Plat, Edna
& Kathrin Abbott, Hughsonville, Situate in the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Ernest Martin, L.S., and
. dated December 1982, subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with the Town of Wappinger Subdivision Regulations..
In addition, the application must meetche requirements of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinanceo In addition, the following irnprovementsn
reservations,.changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the
approval of the plat.
I.. Approval of the Dutchess County Deparbnent of Health
shall be obtained p~ior to the signing of the plat.

2. Downstream drainage fee is waived as structures are
existing, however, should there be any future paving or
coverage with impervious material, a downstream drainage
fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly covered roofed areas,
blacktopped areas and areas covered by other impervious
material shall be paid.

3. Five copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be obtained
from the County Clerk's office.
WHEREAS~ an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat,. Edna & Kathrin Abbott, Hughsonville,
Situate in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was
received by the ToWn of~Wappinger Planning Board on May 2nd, 1983,
and ,
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning 'Board
on May 2nd, 1983, have been met, except as noted below.
NOWe THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TI-IAT the application of
Edna & Kathryn Abbott for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Ernest Martin, LoS., and dated December 1982, be approved subject
to the following conditionsn and that the Chairman be authorized
to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with
said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall
expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant
has not complied with the conditions set forth.

Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action ,-
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law~
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of
Planning Board signature shall become null and void~
