Smith Re: Satellite Investments Our File No. 5456.0026 Dear Connie: In connection with the Satellite Investments subdivision, please be advised I have received revised deeds for the conveyance of Airport Drive and attendant easements. I find the deed dated December 11, 1991 from Satellite Investements and W.B. Nelson Construction, Inc. to the Town of Wappinger conveying Airport Drive and drainage easement to be in acceptable form for recording. I also find the deed dated December 11, 1991 from Satellite Investments to the Town of Wappinger conveying eight easements also to be in acceptable form. The third deed dated December 11, 1991 from W.B. Nelson Construction, Inc. to the Town of Wappinger as to easement VI only, is also in acceptable form for recording. In addition, I have reviewed the title report as amended by amendment dated December 11, 1991, and find the same to be in acceptable form, except, that item number 12 regarding underground encroachments on the Amended Schedule "B" is to be deleted (Mr. Curtin has made GELLERT 8 CUTLER... P.C. ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW - Page 2 - arrangements to have this deleted). With the deletion of exception number 12, the deeds and the title report are in form satisfactory for acceptance by the Town Board and dedication to the public use.
