Colsey, Supervisor. I note that the easement was also executed by Richard G. Barger on behalf of Phantom Hollow Equities, Inc. and by Patrick Adams, as Member of Adams-Wappinger, LLC. Also enclosed are two (2) duplicate originals of the TP-584 executed by the Town of Wappinger. It is my understanding that your office will attend to recording this document and provide me with a copy of the recording receipt from the Dutchess County Clerk's Office. Based on your conversation with me this morning, the form of this document has been approved by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. As attorney to the Town of Wappinger, no representation is made as to the adequacy of the Conservation Easement or the legal description of the easement area.
