Smith, Supervisor Re: Airport Business Center - Section II Our File No: 12949.0025 Dear Connie: In anticipation of Monday night's Town Board meeting, Dan Curtin, attorney for Satellite Investments, has delivered original copies of the following documents to Elaine Snowden: 1. Escrow Agreement; 2. Road Construction Agreement with description; 3. Collateral Security Mortgage; 4. Offer of Dedication; and 5. Deed, Gains Tax Affidavit and E & A Form. Copies were also delivered to me, and I am pleased to report that all of the corrections requested in my August 15, 1997 letter have been made. The above documents are acceptable as to form and are consistent with the arrangements made with the Planning Board in connection with the latest subdivision along Airport Drive. ; Town Board, Town of Wappinger Attn: Hon. Smith, Supervisor August 22, 1997 Page 2 The applicant still needs to provide a formal description of Parcel 1 covered by the Collateral Security Agreement, which is being forwarded separately from the surveyor. However, for the purposes of Monday's meeting, the Board may adopt a Resolution consenting to the Road Construction Agreement and Collateral Security Mortgage as sufficient security for the extension of Airport Drive and authorize the Supervisor to sign the Road Construction Agreement. This will permit the subdivision to be approved by the Planning Board. The applicant has also provided a title insurance policy in proper form.
