RE: David Alexander Subdivision - Conveyance to Wilantewicz
Dear Mr. Alexander:
At the January 18th, 1982 Plapning Board meeting, a
motion was made by Mr. Parsons, to adopt the following resolutions
and to waive the final public hearing.
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to David Alexander
for subdivision as shown on map entitled l' Subdivision Plat for
David Alexander, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York",
prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated December 2, 1981,
subject to the following requirements:
within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the
plat.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
has been obtained.
2. The Dutchess County Department of Public Works has
not approved any new access points for this subdivision per
their letter dated December 22nd, 1981.
3. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be obtained
from the County Clerk1s office.

WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat for David Alexander, Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New Yorkll was received by the Town
of Wappinger Planning Board on January 18th, 1982, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of
Wappinger Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on January 18th, 1982, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
David Alexander for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by
Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated December 2, 1981, be
approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be
authorized to endorsE1~appr9val on said subdivision plat upon compliance
with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall
expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant
has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of
Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
