Dear Mr co Alexander: At the July 18th, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, to adopt the resolutions of preliminary and final subdivi~ion approval and waive the final public hearing.. The resolutions of approval are as follows: TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to David Alexander for subdivision as shown on map entitled JlSubdivision of Lands of Dave Alexander, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, N..Y...., prepared by Richard G.. Barger, PoEo & LoS.., and dated May 16, 1983, subject to the following requirements: Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision in accordance with the Town of Wappinger Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plato 1. Approval of the Dutchess county Department of Health on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior to the signing of the plato 20 Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 a lot shall be paid prior to the signing of the plato Credit for payment will be given at the time of site plan approval for parcels 1 and 2. Common entrance shall be provided on St. Nicholas Road and said entrance shall be approved by the Highway Superin- tendent. Improvements to the road shall be made in accordance with agreement between Alexander and purchashero 40 Site plan approval shall be obtained prior to any development on parcels 1 and 2. 5. Five copies of the filed map shall be submitted for Planning Board distribution. Said copies shall be obtained from the County Clerk's officeo 6. Site plan development of parcels 1 and-2 will require submission of plans to the FoAoAo for review and approval. WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision of Lands of Dave Alexander, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York II was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on July 18th, 1983, and WHERAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and -WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on July 18th, 1983, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of David Alexander for approval of said subdivision plat, pr~pared by Richard Go Barger, Po~o & LgSo, and dated May 16, 1983, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. , PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF WAPPINGER TOWN HALL WA~~INGER. NEW YORI( 12580 Ta.. 287-8257 Page Three July 21st, 1983 Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.. Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.. Conditions of final approval are the same as those stated in the resolution of preliminary approval. The motion was seconded by Mr. Rubenstein.. Vote: Mr.. Fanuele - aye Mr..
