Pike, Zoning Administ~ator From: Betty-Ann Geoghegan, Secretary Date: June 29, 1972 Subject: Application of Dave Alexander for Revised Site Plan Approval At the June 26, 1972 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT SITE PLAN APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Dave Alexander for plan entitled "property of Dave Alexander, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York - Revised Site Plan", dated 6/26/72, and prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., subject to the following conditions: 1. The property contained between the two parking areas 'and the easterly end of the building shall be landscaped and no buildings or obstructions shall be permitted. 2. Stockade fence shall be provided 8 ft. above road grade, 10 ft. from the New Hackensack Road right-of-way extending from the northwest corner of the existing garage to proposed Scotch pines with the exception of the 40 ft. opening shown on the plan. Scotch pines shall be 6 to 8 ft. in height. 3. Curbing shall be installed outlining the two parking areas so as to prevent through traffic to All Angels Hill Road from New Hackensack Road. 4.
