Dear Mr. and Mrs. Alexander:
At their October 15th, 1979 meeting, the Planning Board'
of the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolutions:
TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to John and Germaine
Alexander for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision
Plat for John Alexander, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York",
prepared py Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated May 2nd, 1979,
subject to the following requirements:
Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant
is authori~ed to submit an application for approval of a subdivision
plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30;
and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the
application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations,
changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the
plat.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health on
water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained.
2. A development permit shall be obtained from the Town of
Wappinger Building Inspector in accordance with Local Law # 4
of 1979.
3. Approval of the subdivision plat does not constitute
approval of the trailers located on Parcel A of the subdivision
plat.

4. Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 for the newly created
building lot shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat.
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat for John Alexander, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board on October 15th, 1979, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of
Wappinger Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on October 15th, 1979, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
John and Germaine Alexander for approval of said subdivision plat,
prepared br Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated May 2nd, 1979,
be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution
if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date
of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
