NEW YORK 12590 ~ ~IL,,~-<- ~~.~N r) ..~ TEL.. 297.6257 ~HS August 21st, 1975 Mr. John Alexander All Angels Hill Road Wappingers Falls, New York 12590 Dear Mr. Alexander: At the August 18th, 1975 meeting, the Town of Wappinger Planning Board adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision Plat for John Alexander, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on July 21st, 1975, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on August 18th, 1975, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the applica tion of John Alexander for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.So' and dated June 11th, 1975, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained. 2. Note shall be placed on the final plat indicating that contours are based on U.S.G.S. datum. 3. Approval of the plat does not constitute approval of the trailers located on property belonging to John Alexander and consisting of 4.08 acres.
