At their October 15th, 1979 meeting, a motion was made by Mr. Mills, seconded by Dr. Miller, that following consideration of the "Environmental Assessment Form", the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger finds that the proposed Alexander and Klein warehouse will have no adverse impact on the environment and further, it is the opinion of the Board that the modifications to be made to st. Nicholas Road, per the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent8s recommendation, will improve and make adequate the road for the use. victor L.
