Date: November 8th, 1982
Subject: All Star Water conditioning Company - Application
for site Plan Approval of proposed building to be
located on Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger.
At the November 1st, 1982 meeting of the Planning Board,
a motion was made by Mr. Fanuele, seconded by Mr. Parsons, to
adopt the following resolution:
.~. BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
HEREBY GRANTS site plan approval to Charles crotty for site plan
entitled "All Star Water Conditioning Co., Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess county, New York", prepared by Richard G. Barger, PoEo &
LoSo, dated /17/82, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit.
2. Approval of the New York State Department of Transportation
on entrance/exit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of
a building permit.
3. Drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the
Town prior to the issuance of a building permit.
4. A copy of the building plans shall be supplied to the
Fire prevention Bureau for their review and recommendations
in accordance with the Town of wappinger Fire prevention Law
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
5. An Erbsion control Plan shall be prepared and reviewed
by 'the Conservation Advisory Council and then approved by the
Engineer to the Town.

6. signs shall conform to the requirements of the Town of
wapping~r zoning Ordinance unless a variance is obtained.
7. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly
covered roofed areas and areas covered by impervious material
shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit.
8. There shall be no outdoor accumulation of salt as it
would cause leaching into surface drainage and downstream
drainage.. .
9. Any flushing of residue would require additional permits.
There shall be no discharge of brine, etc., into the domestic
sewage system.
