On January 19th, 2006 this office received Sheets 1 through 7 of the Anton Subdivision,
dated last revised December 2th, 2005 as prepared by M.A. Day Engineering.
All outstanding engineering related concerns from our June 8th, 2005 review letter have been
addressed, with the following exceptions:
1. The metes and bounds description for the Common Driveway easement provided by
Healey & Healey (via letter dated April 12th, 2006) match those on the Final Plan. We
have reviewed the Declaration of Driveway Easement and Maintenance Agreement, and
have no objections to the wording. The Declaration and the form of the Agreement are
subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.
2. The Applicant HAS provided a copy of a Permit from the New York State Power Authority
(PAS NY) for construction of the proposed driveway, underground utilities, etc. through
their easement. We have reviewed the Permit and have no objections to the wording.
The Permit is also subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.
We have also reviewed the September 7th, 2005 Resolution of Final Subdivision Approval
and would note the following:
. 5.a: The Zoning Administrator should verify that the Resolution has been signed.
. 5.b: Satisfied. In his January 25th, 2006 Compliance Review Letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the Subdivision Plat requirements have been satisfied.
. 5.c: The Town Tax Collector should verify that the taxes have been paid.
. 5. d: Satisfied. The Applicant has obtained DCHD approval.
. 5.e: Satisfied. The Plans indicate the proposed underground utility locations.
. 5.t. Satisfied. In his January 25th, 2006 Compliance Review Letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the split rail fence wetland delineation requirements have been satisfied.

. 5.g: Satisfied. In his January 25th, 2006 Compliance Review Letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the Lot 1 house has been satisfactorily relocated away from the wetland
buffer.
. 5.h: Satisfied. The Applicant has obtained DCDPW approval.
. 5.;: The appropriate Town official should verify whether the recreation fees have been
paid.
. 5.j: The appropriate Town official should verify that all required signatures have been
provided.
