The planning Board of the Town of Wappinger understands that during the moratorium they cannot grant sUbdivision approvals to applications received after July 1st and, therefore, could not grant Mr. Arkawy's request and that any waiver of the moratorium would have to be granted by the Town Board. In view of this request, the planning Board would appreciate your comments as soon as possible so they may advise Mr. Arkawy. Thank you for your cooperation.
