Dear Mr. Rappleyea:
Enclosed for your comments is a copy of a letter from
Mr. SeYmour Arkawy concerning the affects of the Town Board's
moratorium on the Watch Hill - Section 5 sUbdivision.
The planning Board of the Town of Wappinger understands
that during the moratorium they cannot grant sUbdivision approvals
to applications received after July 1st and, therefore, could not
grant Mr. Arkawy's request and that any waiver of the moratorium
would have to be granted by the Town Board.
In view of this request, the planning Board would appreciate
your comments as soon as possible so they may advise Mr. Arkawy.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Very truly yours,
(M~Y~~
