R.D. 2 - Route 82 Fishkill, New York 12524 Dear Mr. Arkawy: At the July 17, 1972 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted. the following resolution: TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Seymour Arkawy for subdivision as shown on map entitled, "Sanitary Sewer Plan, Towns of Fishkill & Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, prepared by Seymour Arkawy, P.E., and dated December 30, 1971 and received by the Planning Board on May 10, 1972, subject to the following requirements: Within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Art!cle III, Section 30; and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plat. 1. Approval of water supply and sewage treatment facilities by the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained. 2. Road opening permits and curb cuts shall be obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent. 3. Approval of road plan and profile, and plan and profile of the drainage system by the Engineer to the Town. 4. Drainage flow patterns on all subdivided parcels shall bt indicated on the plat. For any surface waters that enter upon properties of others persons, the applicant shall obtain letters from the same allowing such discharges. ". All storm water shall be conveyed by pipe to natural drain~ge courses. b.. Standard street signs will be required at each intersection and temporary signs shall be installed during construction. c. Street specifications shall be those presently in effect. 6. No less that ten percent of acreage in the Town of Wappinger shall be designated on the subdivision plat for recreation and offered for dedication' to the Town and found to be acceptable ') to the Recreation Commission and the Planning Board. 7. Approval shall be obtained from the Town Board for permission to tie into the Fishkill Sewer District. 8. Approval of the water system shall be obtained from the Town Board under Local Law # 2 of 196J. 9. The final subdivision map approved by the Town of Fishkill covering that section of the subdivision shallA'be obtained and the computed map 'and conditions of final approval be submitted to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board.
