Dear Mr. Arkawy:
At the June 18, 1973 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Map of Brinkerhoff, Watch Hill _
Section 6, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New Yorkll was
received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on June 7, 1973,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision
application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls,
New York on June 18, 1973 at 8:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on July 17, 1972, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Seymour M. Arkawy for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Burgess & Behr, P.C., and dated revised May 10, 1973, be approved
subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized
to endorse approval on said subdiv~sion plat upon compliance with said
conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire
six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not
complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plaf shall. be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be
filed by the applicant in the Office OI the County Clerk in accordance
with the requirements of Section 278 of the ~own Law. Any Subdivision
Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date of Planning Board
signature shall become nuli and void.

1. Road opening permits and curb cuts shall be obtained
from the Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent.
2. The following improvements shall be required:
a. Standard street signs shall be required at each intersection
and temporary signs shall be installed during construction. .
b.. Street specifications shall- be those presently in effect..
3. Inspection fees for sewer lines, water lines, and storm
drainage lines will be collecte~ before Planning Board chairman
signs the plat.
4. Downstream drainage fee, if any, shall be paid before the
signing of the plat.
5. Recreation area shall be delineated by monuments after
grading.
6. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files.
