Dear Mr. Klassen:
At the June 18, 1973 meeting, the Town of Wappinger Planning
Board unanimously adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat, Auklo Realty, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board on June 8, 1973, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision
application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill street, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on June 18, 1973 at 8:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat
and application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on March 20, 1972, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Auklo Realty Co~p. for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared
by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated revised June 8, 1973,
be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance
with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall
expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant
has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requiremen~s set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shal:1 be properly signed I
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be \
filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance l
with the requirements of Section 278 of the. Town Law. Any Subdivision l
Plat not so filed within 'ninety days of the date of 'Planning Board
signature shall become null and void.

1. Standard Town of Wappinger street signs shall be installed
at each intersection, and temporary signs shall be installed
when construction is started.
2. street shall be constructed in accordance with current
Highway Specifications.
3. The existing turn-around on Beverly Lane shall be barricaded,
along the right-of-way line of the Beverly Lane extension subject
to the approval of the Highway Superintendent.
4. The temporary cul-de-sac shall be eliminated and a through
road made to connect to the existing Salem Road in the Town of
Fishkill.
5. Inspection fees for sewer lines, water lines, and storm
drainage lines will be collected before the Planning Board
chairman signs the plat.
6. Downstream drainage fee, if any, shall be paid before
the signing of the plat.
7. Recreation fee of $100.00 per approved lot on the final
subdivision plat shall be paid to the Town of Wappinger prior
to the signing of the plat.
8. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning B9ard files.
