My office received your Subpoena requesting the production of
documents in the matter of Elliot V. McMorrow, et al.
After a diligent search of our records, and after speaking with
representatives of New York State Department of Transportation, we have
determined that Capital Construction Project Contract D500662 is not a
contract to which the Town of Wappinger was party. Therefore, the
documents and photographs being subpoenaed are not Town records.
