Six months later was given objective of developing the category of Colleges & Universities. Through the introduction of new advertising environments, the category was transformed from virtual non-existence to one generating in excess of $750,000 per annum. Following year, was promoted to the second-largest category - Communications & Public Utilities while still holding Colleges & Universities. Clients included NYNEX, ATI, GTE, Sprint, MCI, Con Edison, LILCO. Category grew to more than $13 million due to effective client contact and improved agency co-ordination.
