August 4, 1997
Dear Sir/Madam:
Veronica Weimann has been a person I have relied on for the past
four years to assist me as co-leader of our daughter's Brownie troop,
as class mother in our daughter's class, and personally in the day-to-
day challenges of motherhood.
Besides our friendship and mutual associations, I have witnessed Ronnie's
work in her professional and academic endeavors and have always been
impressed with her dedication and attention to all details.
I would recommend Ronnie as a candidate in any profession which would
utilize her talents in dealing with children and her knowldedge of
early childhood education. Her compassion and competency in dealing
with special children is an added attribute in her professional repertoire.
If I can be of any further assistance. I may be reached at (914) 428-4383.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern;
I have had the pleasure of knowing Veronica Wiemann for the past four years in
the following capacity. Our children attended the same school together. Because of her
outgoing and warm nature, I soon developed a friendship with her.
While volunteering various P.T.A. functions, I was impressed with Ronnie's
reliability, thoroughness, and genuine concern for all of the students she had contact with.
Her organizational skills enabled her to bring success to the many fundraising endeavors
she undertook.
She is also very sensitive to a child's needs and never misses an opportunity to give
a kind word of encouragement or praise. Besides being a terrific parent, Ronnie is
innovative and fun to be around. She was always willing to try out a new idea at the
school and was very easy to work with. That's only part of what makes her so special.
Ronnie would be a wonderful asset to any school or facility. The children would
certainly be in excellent hands!

To Whom It May Concern:
This is in support of Veronica Wiemann, who has been primary
caregiver of my fifteen month-old daughter for the past 10
months.
I first met Ms. Wiemann in August 1992 when she answered
an advertisement I had placed in the newspaper for my daughter's
first caregiver. This was a very anxious time for me, but when
I met Ms. Wiemann, I felt instinctively that she was the right
person. I have had no regrets. She has been consistently
punctual and reliable. She is honest, good-natured and loving.
Not only has Ms. Wiemann taken excellent care of my daughter,
but she has become a trusted friend and advisor to me as a new
parent. Now that my family and I are relocating, I can only
hope that I will be able to find a caregiver for my daughter
who can measure up to ~. Wiemann. I would recommend Ms. Wiemann
without hesitation for any position in the care and education of
children.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,

Mr. Ralph Holt
Town of Wappinger Recreation
Town Hall
Wappi ngers Fa 11 s, N. Y. 12590
Dear Ralph,
I have learned of the resignation of Bernie Reimer
as Recreation Director, effective January 1, 1997. I wish
to apply for this position, and my resume is enclosed.
My education and work experience qualify me for
this position. I have a bachelor's degree in health,
physical education, and recreation, and have completed 36
credits toward my master's degree in education. I taught
high school in the Bronx and am currently substituting in
the Millbrook School District. My job in Millbrook calls
for me to work with students of all ages, grades k through
12, as well as with administration.
I have successfully managed retail stores and
increased sales and profits; interviewed, hired, and trained
permanent and seasonal employees; scheduled employee work
hours, much to the satisfaction of my supervisors. For the
last five years I have served as a member of the Wappinger
Recreation Committee and have been extremely active in many
activities, including our beloved Haunted House. I am
familiar with many recreation operations and town policies.
Ralph, I believe my experience uniquely qualifies
me for the position of Recreation Director. I do understand
that I will have to resign my seat of the town recreation
committee, but I am anxious to continue to serve our town.
I look forward to discussing this with you at the earliest
possible moment.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation regarding Veronica
wiemann. Mrs. Wiemann has been a substitute teacher at Van
Wyck Jr. High School this past year. As Teacher-In-Charge of
Foreign Language and ESL, I review lesson plans with the
substitute teacher and oversee that the plans left by the
classroom teacher are carried out. I also try to assist
the substitute teacher with discipline problems that may
occur.
I found Mrs. Wiemann to be a most competent teacher. She
followed the plans left for her and dealt with discipline
problems on her own. Her dealing with students was effective
and fair.
I also see Mrs. Wiemann as a responsible, caring and friendly
person. Her dedication and motivation to do a good job have
always been evident.
I recommend Mrs. Wiemann for the position she is applying for.
If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact
me at 227-1736.
Sincerely,
d~_~
