With the assistance of the Assessor and the Town Appraisal Consultant we have negotiated a settlement of the above referenced proceeding. There is no reduction for any of the years at issue. The Court ordered appraisal exchange date is December 7,2009, and the trial is scheduled to commence on January 21, 2010. I enclose herewith a Resolution for your consideration at the August 10, 2009, Town Board meeting.
