Dear Mro Becker: At the September 19th, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion was made by Mro Parsons, to grant preliminary and final subdivision;,and to waive the final public hearing. The resolutions of approval are as follows: "';Ii TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Frederick J. Becker, Jro for subdivision as shown on map entitled "Subdivision Map & Realignment of the Lands of Frederick Jo Becker, Jr., Situate in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Raymond J. Kiblmire, LoS., PoCo, and dated July 14th, 1983, subject to the following requirements: Within six months of this tentati~ approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with the Town of Wappinger Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plat. 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained prior to the signing of the plato 2~ Downstream drainage fee of $200000 for the newly created building lot shall be paid prior to the signing of the plato ... Drainage flow patterns shall be indicated on the individual plot plan.. For any surface waters that enter upon properties of other persons, the applicant shall obtain a letter from the same permitting such discharge. 50 No structure is to be built where the lowest opening (windows, doors, garage doors, crawl space, etc.) are lower than two feet above the road surface unless approved by the Highway Superintendent and/or the Engineer to the Town. 6. All footing drains and roof leaders, if specified by the Building Inspector, shall be piped into the storm drainage system. -. 7. Five copies of the filed map shall be submitted for Planning Board distributiono Said copies shall be obtained from the County Clerk's officeo 8. The driveway on lot 2 shall be shown on the plat prior to signing. WHEREASg an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "Subdivision Map & Realignment of Lot Line of Lands of Frederick J. Becker, Jro, Situate in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New Yorkll was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on September 19th, 1983, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on September 19th, 1983, have been met, except as noted belowo PLANNI NG BOARD TOWN OF WAPPINGER TOWN HALL WAPPINGERS FALLS. NEW YORK 12~80 TEL. 287.82~7 Page Three September 23rd, 1983 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Frederick J. Becker, Jr. for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Raymond J. Kihlmire, LoSo, PoC., and dated July 14, 1983, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Upon completi.on of all requirements set fort...h in the action approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void. The conditions of'the final subdivision approval are the same as those stated in the resolution of preliminary approval. ~. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lawrence.
