Dear Mr. Banno:
At the October 6th, 1975 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town
of Wappinger adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Lands of Lawrence Banno, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger Planning
Board on October 6th, 1975, and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on October 6th, 1975, have been met, except as noted below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
Lawrence G. and Angela T. Banno for approval of said subdivision plat,
prepared by Richard G. Barger, P.E. & L.S., and dated 8/8/75, be
approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be
authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance
with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall
expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant
has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be

filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in
accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the date of
Planning Board signa-ture shall become null and void.
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained.
2. De 00 for the highway takings shown must be accepted by
the Town Board prior to the signing of the plat.
3. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planning Board files. Said copies shall be obtained from the
County Clerk's office.
