NEW YORK 12590 - , pp,;-ncY/ TEL. 297-6257 ,. september 22nd, 1978 Mrs. Fiona Banta Diddell Road Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 Dear Mrs. Banta: " At their september 18th, 1978 meeting, the Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger adopted the following resolutions: TENTATIVE APPROVAL IS HEREBY GRANTED to Fiona Banta for subdivision as shown on map entitled IIsubdivision plat of Lands of Fiona Banta, Situate in the Town of wappinger, Dutchess County, New York", prepared by Raymond J. Kihlmire, L.S., and dated July 11th, 1978, subject to the following requirements: within six months of this tentative approval, the applicant is authorized to submit an application for approval of a subdivision plat in accordance with Article II, Section 22; Article III, Section 30; and Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations. In addition, the application must meet the requirements of the Town of Wappinger zoning Ordinance. In addition, the following improvements, reservations, changes, and requirements are pre-requisite to the approval of the plat. 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained. 2. Downstream drainage fee of $200.00 for the vacant lot shall be paid prior to the signing of the plat. 3. NEW YORK T2590 TEL. 297-6257 Mrs. Fiona Banta -2- september 22nd, 1978 WHEREAS: an application for final approval of a subdivision plat entitled "subdivision Plat of the Lands of Fiona Banta, Situate in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess county, New Yorkn was received by the Town of wappinger Planning Board on August 21st, 1978, and WHEREAS, a final public hearing is waived by the Town of wappinger Planning Board, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the subdivision Regulations of the Town of Wappinger have been met by said subdivision plat and application, except as noted below, and WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said subdivision plat, granted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board on September 18th, 1978, have been met, except as noted below. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of Fiona Banta for approval of said subdivision plat, prepared by Raymond J. Kihlmire, L.S. and dated July 11th, 1978, be approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon compliance with said conditions by the applicant, which conditional approval shall expire six months from the date of this resolution if the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth. Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action approving the subdivision Plat, the plat shall be properly signed by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be filed by the applicant in the Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law. Any subdivision Plat not so filed within sixty days of the date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void. 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained. 2.
