Dear Board Members:
On June 13th, 2006 this office received Sheets 1 through 5 of the Barger Family Trust Site
Plan, dated last revised June 6th, 2006 as prepared by Richard Barger, P.E., L.S.
All outstandina enoineerino related concerns from our Aoril28th. 2006 review letter have
been addressed. We have also reviewed the May 31st, 2006 Resolution of Final Subdivision
Approval and would note the following:
· 2.8.1): The Zoning Administrator should verify that the Resolution has been signed.
· 2.8.2): Satisfied. The Town Tax Collector has verified that the taxes have been paid.
· 2.8.3): Satisfied. In his June 15th, 2006 Compliance review letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the wetlands disturbance condition has been satisfied.
· 2.8.4): Satisfied. In his June 15th, 2006 Compliance review letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the wetlands disturbance notes are satisfactory.
· 2.8.5):): Satisfied. In his June 15th, 2006 Compliance review letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the fertilizer/pesticide notes are satisfactory.
· 2.8.6): Satisfied. In his June 15th, 2006 Compliance review letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the basement for storage only notes are satisfactory.
· 2.8.7): The landscaping is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner.
· 2.8.8): Satisfied. In his June 15th, 2006 Compliance review letter, the Town Planner
indicated that the "dwelling" label has been removed.
· 2.8.9): Satisfied. In his June 15th, 2006 Compliance review letter, the Town Planner
indicated ~hat the building elevations are satisfactory.
· 2.8.10): The lighting details are subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner.

· 2.a.11): The driveway entrance is satisfactory to our office. The entrance must also be
approved by the Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW).
· 2.a.12): Satisfied. All outstanding engineering related concerns from our April 28th, 2006
review letter have been addressed
· 2.a.13): Satisfied. The underground utility connections have been shown on the Plans.
