All outstandina enaineerina related concerns from our Aoril28th, 2006 review letter have been addressed. We have also reviewed the May 31st, 2006 Resolution of Final Subdivision Approval and would note the following: · 2.8.1): The Zoning Administrator should verify that the Resolution has been signed. · 2.8.2): The Town Tax Collector should verify that the taxes have been paid. · 2.8.3): The requested wetland regrading information is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.4): The requested note is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.5): The requested note is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.a.6): The requested note is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.7): The landscaping is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.8): The requested notation is subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.9): The building elevations subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.10): The lighting details are subject to the review and approval of the Town Planner. · 2.8.11): On May 15th, 20065he Applicant received approval from the DCDPW for the entry onto New Hackensack Road. The approved entryway is configured as two 12' wide entries separated by a 17' island. This configuration is subject to the review and approval of the Planning Board, and the Town Planner.
