Dear Mr. & Mrs. Beehler:
At the April 2, 1973 meeting, the Planning Board of the
Town of Wappinger unanimously adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, an application for final approval of a subdivision
plat entitled "Subdivision Plat, Lands of Beehler, Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York" was received by the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board on .March 16, 1973, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision
application and plat at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers
Falls, New York, on April 2, 1973 at 8:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the :requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Wappinqer have been met by said subdivision plat and
application, except as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary approval of said
subdivision plat, ~lranted by the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
on November 6, 1973, have been met, except as noted -below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the application of
William and Joyce Beehler for approval of said subdivision plat,
prepared by Michael J. Morris, P.E., and dated December 1972, be
approved subject to the following conditions, and that the Chairman
be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat upon
compliance with sai.d conditions by the applicant, which conditional
approval shall expi.re six months from the date of this resolution if
the applicant has not complied with the conditions set forth.
Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the Subdivision Plat, the Plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officers of the Planning Board, and shall be

accordance with the requirements of Section 278 of the Town Law.
Any Subdivision Plat not so filed within ninety days of the
date of Planning Board signature shall become null and void.
1. Four copies of the filed map shall be submitted for
Planping Board files.
2. Driveway grade shall be indicated.
3. Drainage flow pattern and contours shall be shown for
front portion of lot where house is proposed.
